A postcard from Mayotte island

Mayotte is an overseas department of France consisting of a main island, Grande-Terre, a smaller island, Petite-Terre, and several islets around these two. The archipelago is located in the northern Mozambique Channel in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Southeast Africa. Around 200,000 people live there.

The brown lemur is a species of lemur in the family Lemuridae. It is found in Madagascar and Mayotte.

 Merci beaucoup, Jean-Marc et Christine!
